At LUZIYA SHOP, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging. For damaged or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation. Refund processing time may vary according to the payment method.

Please note that products damaged due to misuse or returned after the return period may not be eligible for a refund.
